• You must be 18 Years or older to use our App and services.
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your profile and/or username whilst using our app, including direct submissions to Been There Ltd
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You will not share phone numbers, home addresses, e-mail addresses or other personal information on the public areas of our site or our app
• You consent to our processing your personal data, including the retention of your email address for any correspondence and the anonymisation of your data for research purposes.
• You may not post offensive, abusive or harmful content.
• You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Been There users and/or Mentors, or use another person’s account to gain access to our site or our app.
• You will not distribute or post spam or other unauthorised commercial communication on or through our site or our app.
• False information. If we believe that the Information you provide is false, deceptive or offensive, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your user account or your access to the service.
• You are solely responsible for all acts or omissions associated with your access and use of the Service or your User account. Registered Users are prohibited from selling or transferring their User account information or making it available to anyone else.
• We reserve the right to request additional information to verify your identity. If you fail to provide us the requested information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your User account, pursuant to these Terms.
